1. One slightly used treadmill
2. Netduino or Arduino
3. Guitar volume pedal
4. Wires and resistors
5. Shaft – size 5/8″ or 3/4″?
6. Bearings
7. Pulleys

Directions

1. Rip apart treadmill
2. Pull out motor
   
3. Pull out controller board
4. Pull out console
5. Wire up everything
6. Figure out what type of shaft, pulleys and bearings to use
